How many days after I place my order will I receive it?

Processing takes 2 business days. Package will then be shipped via USPS ground, which is usually 2-4 business days.

What is the refund/return policy?

If you encounter a problem with the hair due to bad quality, we will exchange the hair. Exchanges are at our discretion and there are no refunds.  Please email us at info@offbeatbeautyspot.com to receive exchange instructions.

What is the hair quality?

All extensions are Indian hair that has minimal shedding and full ends.  Our hair can last well over 2 years if maintained properly.  All orders will receive maintenance care suggestions.  All hair can be colored and straightened. Color and straightening may loosen curl patterns.  Our textured extensions have been steam processed to achieve their pattern.
